Really disappointed in the weight gain. Back to my old ways and obviously isn't good. I stopped Jenny Craig because I don't want to weigh in. I know stupid but disappointed in myself. I just stopped exercising and watching what I ate. Exercised 3X last week which was a MAJOR improvement.
