Fat cardio 1.5 hrs walking at 13% 2.4mph, plus some abs

Fat cardio on Saturday, nothing Sunday, nothing Monday cux I was applying to jobs during the break. Also was pretty irritable those days, I think cuz my diet was off since I went to the Allmond's for dinner and messed my diet up plus no working out.

Hamstrings r still tight from Friday!!
