This is my last ditch effort to finish off 2017 right! Of all the things that didn't go well this year, I'm mostly happy and healthy and that is something I can control!
229.6 lb Lost so far: 39.6 lb.    Still to go: 55.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
