Well, woke up this morning thinking it was Thursday (weigh-in day) - and, lo and behold, in the 250s AND (now) went from Class 2 to Class 1 Obese! Stay tuned for more "Adventures of the Ever-Shrinking Man!"
257.0 lb Lost so far: 114.9 lb.    Still to go: 47.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
