Ya know, I really gotta find more tournaments to go to. Every time I go I loose 2-3 lbs. Granted, it's probably water weight that'll come back, but I'll take it!
Ow, my shin.
176.5 lb Lost so far: 5.5 lb.    Still to go: 36.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
