Well I worked out for 3 hours yesterday. Normally I just do 2 but I got to the gym too early for spin class so I did almost an hour of weights. I ate about 1500 calories yesterday and did not eat after dinner. Yesterday was a success.
Today the goal is gym at least an hour, no eating after dinner.
