I've been training to ride a century & I think I'm eating more than I need to as a result. I've got a week to go & after that, I'll try to buckle down, start taking photos of all my food and planning my meals better.
180.2 lb Lost so far: 22.8 lb.    Still to go: 30.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
