Okay, it's been a busy month with travel and everything else. All in all, I'm happy to have maintained my weight. I'm feeling more on track now and want to pick it back up to get below 150. I also need to get exercise back in the picture. Hopefully, after this week, it'll be easier.
151.5 lb Lost so far: 8.5 lb.    Still to go: 6.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
