So far this week is going well! Yesterday I stuck to my plan (with the exception of a serving of snowcaps). I went for my 30 minute run like a planned and I also ate pretty healthy all day. Today is starting off the same way with cereal for breakfast, salad for lunch, and homemade hawaiian pizza for dinner tonight! I've got a plan and this time I am sticking to it!
