Weighed myself this morning. Was really pleased as weight is still the same. Had my indulgence day yesterday as morel cooked a starter and a lovely main course and I ate all of it as well as havi g a glass or 3 of wine. Yummy yummy. Have a good day people. Xxx

Flax seed a low carb whole grain. It contains large amounts of fiber, antioxidants and Omega 3 fatty acids. It also contains some B vitamins, magnesium and manganese. Omega 3 helps fight inflammation in the body which can lead to diabetes, heart disease, asthma, arthritis and some cancers. Make sure you store the flaxseed oil properly because it can become rancid quickly. It's always good to google a vitamin type supplement before you take it so you know what the benefits are and what problems it could cause. Go easy on the oil at first because it does have a lot of fiber. It has tremendous health benefits though.
