I am noticing now (it's taken awhile) but I am not as hungry as I used to be and I am still eating the same number of calories. Eating enough protein during the day has really helped.

I so agree with you! I started watching my proteins, fiber (25)and sodium (2500). I was not as hungry and drinking tons of water really keeps things moving downward. Good luck, HCB
