haven't been on site for a while I was training for my 1st 5k and I am proud to say that I completed my first 5k in 31:13 time and I am now preparing to run my 2nd 5k.
150.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.5 lb a week
