I am in week two of a boot camp class and I am taking full advantage of the program. I wake up at 330 and the class is at 430 am sharp. we go through a few exercises for an hour. Its intense esp at that time in the morning. I then go to my gym and do the elliptical machine, but today I ran on the dreadmill for seven miles. This is the longest I have ever went on the treadmill it was a little boring but manageable.
