Ive done this before. November I had a hysterectomy. I felt better than ever. Lost weight was super active, then I had a complication. I had a tear and had to have emergency surgery. That left me back out for 8 weeks. 3 days after surgery I got a blood infection and was in serious condition. I spent a week in the hospital.
I got depressed. I ate junk. I couldnt work out. Well I havent stopped eating the crap and am up 16lbs since that second surgery just 11 weeks ago.
I need to get this back off. I hate it. I feel like crap, I look like crap. Im super lazy and not giving my best effort. I work out 2-5 times a week sometimes 2x a day. But the eating is whats killing me, especially at night. Today it ends, I hope. I need to do something. I am not happy anymore.

You can do this! You have had a rough go of it, it sounds like, but you are the only one who can make the change. I've never dealt with problems like yours, so I'm not even going to say that I know what you're going through, but some advice that I had gotten when I was really down about myself was to look at the positives in my life, all of those things that I want to live for, and make the choice to wake up every day and live my life, don't just watch it go by. I want to be healthy, and when I feel healthy, I feel happy. You can make these changes for yourself, you just need to put a little faith in yourself. I hope you find what works for you! Good luck!!
