Going on a vacation in 8 weeks and would really like to lose my last 15lbs by then. This should be doable, I just need to buckle down and stick to my diet and exercise plan.
I also started taking GoodBelly probiotics this weekend, which I am hoping will not only help me become more regular, but will also flatten out my stomach a bit. It's only day 3 of their 12-day challenge, and I can definitely feel things moving around in there, but so far no actual "movement." Hopefully today, though.
