3322 kcal Fat: 136.64g | Prot: 201.94g | Carb: 370.30g.   Breakfast: tomato, eb egg, apple, blueberries, carlson fish oil, kraft colby jack, meijer cottage cheese. Lunch: meijer broccoli, bumble bee salmon, cocoa roast almonds, cauliflower, apple, eb egg. Dinner: banana, White Potatoes (Flesh and Skin, Baked), almonds, strawberries,  carlson fish oil, meijer top loin steak. Snacks/Other: ben & jerry's greek frozen yogurt, krema, extra gum, kraft colby jack, Monster Rehab, daily chef cottage cheese, optimum strawberry,  protein chewy bar, crunchmaster, Dark Chocolate Dreams Peanut Butter, banana, Chewy Bars - Oats & Chocolate, kashi golean crunch, 2% milk. more...
