My head feels like it is going to explode, I hate headaches. It came on last night and I had great hopes of it going away over night but no luck. Of course I upset my hubby because I am crying and he hates that. So I am trying a mixture of tylenol, Dr Pepper and essential oils. No luck yet but I am praying. But this also means that much exercise is a no go for at least today.

Sounds like the right combination. Prayer and soda. Of course the oils and Tylenol may be helpful too. I have been a migraine sufferer most of my life and empathize with you. Hope you feel better soon.

try a Coke and bc powder then if not gone in a hour half a chocolate bar and press as hard as u can w/ your thumb the middle of your palm there is a nerve there then will numb the migraine
