Tomorrow I go to the Pierce Medical Clinic to start on what I am calling my "warrior journey". I feel like a warrior about to begin battle with my fat. May 1st will be my official start date. I am already scared of everything to come; will I succeed, will I fail, how will I feel, will I have emotional support, can I give up so many things to get to where I need to be in life. I have learnt to find comfort in food, like so many others on this journey. I have already cried over everything that needs to change....stressed before I even begin.
