Good WI for the whole week, even though it shows I gained 1.4 since it was from Wednesday. Need to watch my calories/Points and how much junk I eat. Thyroid meds seem to FINALLY be helping with curbing my appetite though.

Greetings: I have hypothyroid and have for over 20 years. It is more difficult to lose but we can do it. I eat more fruits and vegetables, and try to increase my protein to naturally increase the metabolic function. It also helps to eat five or six frequent small meals throught the day rather than three large meals - it makes your body continue to burn calories. Good luck! HCB
