My weight doesn't go down anymore. I`m 167cmH but I still have some questionable areas such us my belly fat but no matter how little I would eat, my scale doesn't do down and the belly fat doesn't melt. I know people on this website have bigger challenges and I really don`t want to sound like some drama queen. When I was a kid, my mother said I was always having belly so maybe that`s the way I am, the girl with the belly.
119.0 lb Lost so far: 33.1 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.7 lb a week

Stress makes you hold weight in the belly... are you doing any ab work outs? Have you ever considered things like the fascia blaster or a roller? Oils and massage can help sometimes. I use a roller on my trouble areas with a peppermint, eucalyptus, rose, camphor almond oil blend over night. It’s also great for colds 😉 smells almost like a Vick’s vapor rub. I hate to admit it but I don’t work out but doing keto and using the roller, oils and increases my water intake I have noticed a huge difference in my arms and legs!

this is just a thought but my niece had the same issue and she did the apple cider vinegar for a week and her belly went away.. guess it couldn't hurt to try right ?

I like the ACV idea. Also Sole Solution, has over 75 trace minerals and helps balance lots of things through out the body!!

I wish I could complain about my 36-year-old body again! Now at 60 I find that I have more than a belly to worry about! I think it might be time for you to do some weight training - convert some of your mass to muscle and the muscle will burn calories longer, hopefully will burn off the belly fat too. Good luck!

Thank you girls, I`ll try everything including apple cider and oils. But my ladies, I`m too lazy to exercise!

Same here. Lost a lot but can't get to goal for nothing. Been gaining 7-10 lbs every few weeks and then fighting to lose it.

FloridaAngel, I see we are fighting the same remaining body fat battles. Cintra, I`ll read the link and thanks for the info. Today my husband and I have decided to go through another IVF process so I`m putting my weight loss on hold. Seriously, I`m prepared to gain a lot as long as I get my baby! Kisses to you all!
