I didnt mean to skip breakfast, i know its very inportant to start my metabolism first thing, but i slept in very late. i'm fealing very discourged this morning because i'm not being able to eat what i want because i know its not good for me.

I just started shakes... most are nasty but think about trying this for the times you just need something. Buy a blender bottle (easier that dealing with a blender) 16 ounces of cold unsweetened vanilla almond milk, 2 scoops of designer whey protien powder (I like vanilla almond) and 2 tablespoons of sugar and fat free instant pudding mix. Shake it all up and you're good. Better yet mix it up the night before for the am or lunch and it thickens more and gets really cold. Lots of flavor combos and the vitamin shoppe sells the powder cheapest I've seen. Myself I cut this in half and with all the protien I can add a bagel thin or fruit and the protien shake balances the carbs. Good luck!
