Starting anew. Today is Day 1 of the Summer Blast. I feel good. Motivated. Excited. Looking forward to that great feeling I get both physically and emotionally from eating healthy.
168.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 18.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
