I had such a busy day yesterday, on the go for the entire day. Woke up took the dogs for a walk, got the freind of mine that was replacing the fence all squared away, took the dogs to another friends place. She watches my dogs when I have to go into the office and I had a invisble fence installed so they could have the whole yard to run in. Takes some training to get them use to it so I spent an hour playing with them. Got back home and moved everything so that the big old heavy plasma TV could come down. Another freind showed up to help me remove it and took it to the dump. Went into the city and hit a bunch of electonics stores to find another TV. Finally found one then did my Cosco run, grocery shopping and some other running around. Came back installed the new TV...took some trial and error as the instructions were just about non existant. It is wall mounted so there was a bunch of putting it up and taking it down trying to get the cabling correct. Thankfully the new TV was considerable lighter than the old one. Finally got it working, back to play with the dogs in the yard for another hour.

I can't remember the last time I was on the go steady for the whole day. I was tired at the end of it but not exhausted. This morning some muscles are stiff and sore but the knees held up well, no swelling no soreness.

I think back to when I started this and just doing the grocery shopping would be all I could do in one day...I would have to rest my knees and sit on my ass for the rest of the day.

One of the few benefits of being fat is it pushs the wrinkles out. Starting to get that crepey thing happening on my neck now that I have lost some weight.

Wow, reading about your busy day makes ME tired, lol! Your new found mobility is just awesome, and it'll only get better! And congrats on your new TV.

You're right about weight loss and the crepey thing. I didn't get crepey until about 6 years ago, but it's much worse with the weight loss. I guess it comes down to, I'd rather be crepey than fat. LOL! Congrats on all the activity. Way to go!
