Wow! Since I got home from the hospital I have actually lost weight despite all the cookies, cake and other sweets. My kind of diet. Still a fair bit of swelling and retained fluid so there is a good chance to do even better.

186.5 lb
Lost so far: 18.5 lb.
Still to go: 6.5 lb.
Diet followed reasonably well.
