Same weight. Struggling to move on...taking a break from fruit and whole wheat carbs. this week. Following phase I of South Beach Diet. Hoping to launch my metabolism. No coffee for five days. Major headache because I drank too much. Fasting blood sugar was at 96 today! Hooray! Gardening planned today, need to also do weights.
180.0 lb Lost so far: 52.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
