Holding steady on weight. Took my wife to a restaurant she enjoys: mostly fired southern cooking and not exactly low carb fare. The fried catfish fillets were delicious, well worth the extra carbs.

How lovely of you to take your wife somewhere you know is not good for you....what a sweetie :) I love Catfish tho as you say worth the extra carbs.
