Here I go...up in weight. I don't know what's wrong with me, I've been doing so well and I think I've fallen off the wagon. I haven't been logging my food and have been eating stuff I shouldn't eat on top of getting over my RDI. I REALLY need to get it together!!!
176.0 lb Lost so far: 36.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It's hard to stop when you're out of control. I went through that recently and had to end the phase I was on early. Sometimes our bodies are telling us we are needing something but with me I think it was mostly hormones. Being premenopausal, I never know what's going on with that. You've done SO well so far. Don't beat yourself up. Just look for ways to minimize the damage. Are you on hCG? What phase? Whatever you do, try doing something different. My sister's body was screaming for omega 3's but before she figured it out she was eating a whole bag of doritos, family size! You CAN do this!
