That was dumb, First time I ate a big breakfast at McDonalds. WORST breakfast ever. They even had hotcakes when I didn't ask for them. I threw them out. still over 611 calories. and the sodium content overshot the 1k mark. Guess I'll have to watch more carefully. Also ate a breakfast burrito. So my caloric intake is almost half of my allowance for a day. And I feel like crap. Gym in a few.

I usually get the scrambled eggs and yogurt parfait if I'm eating breakfast there. Only about 350 calories and lot's of protein. You can make good choices. I try to look up the nutritional info online before I go out. Tons of sodium though.
