Need ideas for those busy hectic days where you end up being starving and the first thing is the leftover homemade mac-n-cheese that you made the night before for the kids! Last night I was better than usual only had one serving but wow my evenings are the worst! Would love ideas on how to get through those cravings! Today I am going to try and drink water every time I want to eat something bad!
172.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 37.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

I am bad with cravings, too. The key for me is not to deny the cravings, but to be reasonable. If I have a chocolate craving, one or two miniatures will satisfy it Instead of a king size reeses. Pasta craving, I can curb with a little wheat pasta tossed in herbed olive oil or a light vinaigrette instead of an alfredo calorie bomb. The water will help, too. And fiber capsules help me to reduce hunger between meals. I try to take three with each meal.
