Really disappointed about this one, thought I did good, especially with my diet, but oh well, have to keep chugging along...
414.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 164.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Your down another pound in the last 3 days. That's wonderful! Keep your expectations realistic! You will have big losses and smaller ones. They all add up and take you to goal. your doing great!
