Quit smoking for a month and gained weight. Started back smoking 2 wells ago and tomorrow I'll throw then down hopefully for good. Really hope I don't gain anymore weight and can start to lose again.

remember - on average- it takes 8 attempts before actually quitting. Do your best and keep moving toward your goal. Congrats on making the decision!

Good job on quiting!! It took me a while to quit, no matter how much I told myself that it was nothing. No worries on the weight!! Slay one dragon at a time, and you'll be successful as they each fall.
