It is the end of April 2012. I am getting married at the end of August 2013 (a year and 4 months!). I have always dreamed of wearing my mother's wedding dress for my own wedding. Unfortunately, she overestimated what size she was wearing at the time, so now I have to lose 1 to 2 dress sizes!
I am currently a size 16/18 (I think I'm right in the middle at a 17). I am eating healthier, with lots of fruits, vegetables, and salads. I joined a gym back in January, where I do at least 30 minutes of cardio several times a week, and I've added crunches to that routine. Originally, I joined the gym to maintain my weight, but now I need to lose, so hopefully the healthy eating will help with that.
If anyone has any advice, please let me know and help me realize my dream of getting married in my mother's beautiful dress!
