Uugh, I hate the holidays for weight gain. Went to a friends house and ate just a little meat, potatoes with butter and milk, high fat green bean casserole and a piece of tiarramisu. That set me up to have leftover turkey sandwiches and well....2 pounds up. Did not sleep well either, it is so easy to get back on the meat and junk wagon.
But, today is a new day and had my oatmeal with a few raisins. Have a banana for later. Hopefully I am back on track! This is an easy diet to follow, just not on holidays that feature fat and meat!!
