WTF. I GAINED 4 LBS. HOW IS THIS EVEN POSSIBLE. My check-in of 161lbs was SEVEN DAYS AGO. So I gained 4 lbs in a WEEK? WHAT? MIND. BLOWN.
So despite me just showering, I'm gonna go do yoga now. PISSED. WTF.
Edit: I did 20 minutes of yoga and felt better. I'm about to go out so I'll start running TONIGHT. No excuses!
My mom thinks it's because I ate some of the pound cake and maroons. She's probably correct because we had NO healthy food at the time and I haven't indulged in the past. No more of that unless I work it off. Learned my lesson!
EDIT EDIT: I am actually unsure of my weight! I think my scale is broken or something! Shit!

I am sure that has to be discouraging, it could be you ate something really salty last night. I weighed last week on my regular day and only lost 1 and 1/2 and was discouraged but weighed the very next day and was 3 pounds lighter. I remembered I had a very salty meal the night before. I would just try again tomorrow. :)

I have just a cheap digital scale and it started weighing me heavier and lighter by like 4 and 5 pounds a day, so I knew something was up. I changed the battery and now it works fine. Maybe it's just your scale. Either way, just keep going and I'm sure those 4 lbs. will be gone in no time.

Do you weigh your self the same time each time you weigh? Because you will be a few pounds heavier at night than in the morning when you first get up.
