Retta Smith's Journal, 27 November 2017

Today was a good day, I had pepper jack cheese 2 oz, and 2 cups of coffee with Xyla sweetner, this morning.
Lunch was a cup.of coffee and water
Dinner was a turkey sandwich on low carb bread, 1 carb each slice, and my turkey is 1 carb per slice, so today's total carb intake was under 5. and I walked 45 minutes. Thanks all of you for all the encouragement you all give me, Keep up the good work to all of us.
260.0 lb Lost so far: 195.7 lb.    Still to go: 260.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Im new to this app and I have a 2100 diet intake based on my HT and WT and I’m only at 883 calories should I be eating more?????

Wow. That is hardly any calories. Cutting back too much isn't very good for you.

@Rrice20112 I KNOW my calories are low...but I usually only pay attention to the carbs...so ...sorry ...no advice.

@rettasmith, great job! @rrice2012, as long as you aren't starving yourself. Make sure you don't do that for TOO long, your body NEEDS nutrients to function healthily. And just make sure you aren't miserable, otherwise that might lead to binge eating and have the entirely opposite effect of what you're going for! My intake is 1200 but often do not eat that many... but then some days eat a few more... As long as you are happy and it all evens out at the end of the week then you should be fine!
