Just joined the site to support my wife. I have been on Weight Watchers off and on for over 20 years. When I faithfully record my food intake and exercise regularly, I lose. When I don't I gain in a hurry. Ten years ago I lost 70 pounds - from 260 to 190. I stopped paying attention about four years ago and gained almost all of it back! I went back on WW in Jan. 2011 and have "re-lost" almost 50 pounds. It works if you work it! Have patience with yourself.
