I cannot fix my weight record but this will be my 2nd week doing Jenny Craig. My start weight was 179- ARG!!! Weighed myself today 173-YAY!!! I have been riding my stationary bike for 30 minutes every night. Hoping that exercise will be the key to weight loss this time. I have yo-yo-ed in a big bad way for the past few years.

I am feeling great about all the positive changes I've made in the past 2 weeks. I just need to keep going & not give up!! It took me a long time to gain this weight so I should expect it to take a long time & a lot of hard work to get it off!! Geez I wish there was a magic pill to get thin fast!!!

Hi Little Mama Mickey!!! Fancy seeing you here again! :) Congrats on the weight loss! I've only lost a couple but it's better than gaining!! I couldn't figure out how to change my starting weight either and finally found it on here. Go th My Fatsecret, then My Toolbox, then My Diet and it allows you to change starting weight there. Good luck on the diet and nice to chat with you again!
