Yesterday was good. 10pm rolled around and all of a sudden I started getting the munchies. I've noticed that once 10pm hits, I get hungry or want another beer. I decided it was all tiredness and that I didn't need the snack (since I was almost at my RDI for the day) and went to bed instead.
I wasn't very hungry most of the day so I was behind in calories by the time I got out of work (only about 25% of my RDI). But of course 5pm rolled around and I was starving - and was going out for dinner with a friend. Luckily, we went to an asian fusion restaurant and I got some of the freshest tasting sushi I've ever had - seriously delicious! That, plus splitting a dessert, kept me satisfied for the next few hours. It's just that 10pm threshold that makes me want to mindlessly snack - gotta keep an eye out for that!
Also, I was worried that my 166 weigh in the other day was a fluke, caused by dehydration after spin class. But I weighed in this morning after drinking tons of water for the last couple days and it was 166.9, so I guess it wasn't a fluke! Now I feel good about going to spin class tonight, because it must be working!
