If you're spending more time in promoting disease and disorder awareness than you are promoting Jesus, then think of this, you are giving glory to evil and the enemy and not giving it to Jesus--unless telling your story is to glorify Jesus in testifying of how Jesus overcame and healed the disease or disorder.

We should not, as the national news does continually, fill everyone's mind with news of every new disease that comes along. We're so filled with this stuff it becomes the norm, not the exception. EVERYONE seems to have afflictions now, they've found names for them, they've accepted that they have them, they ARE them!

I may be obese, but I am not Obesity. Obesity is of the enemy and my savior Jesus has overcome the obesity in me. I may have had arthritis in the past, but I am not arthritis and I have been healed of it. I had allergies but I am not defined by allergies, and I no longer have them!. I had high blood pressure, but NO MORE! Jesus has healed it ALL!

Some things we don't need awareness of EVER, unless we have to face the attack for ourselves. And then we don't need more awareness of the disease or disorder, we need awareness of our healer!

Don't glorify the works of the enemy.

Glorify our redeemer and healer Jesus! AMEN!

( "that word you know, which was proclaimed throughout all Judea, and began from Galilee after the baptism which John preached: how God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Spirit and with POWER, who went about doing good and healing all who were oppressed by the devil, for God was with Him." Acts 10:37-28)

The New Testament does not identify or state EVER that Jesus healed people with "natural" diseases, or that He healed people who were being oppressed by other people or even by themselves. And Jesus is NEVER recorded as healing someone who is "oppressed" by God! (Don't throw John 9 at me either, I've already explained that.)

ALL disease is the result of oppression by the devil.

I am 65 years old....never had a serious illness, don't take any meds, and basically I am in great health. I don't buy into all the mumbo jumbo of the ad industry as it poisons people who watch relentless ads about illnesses. Forever I have believed..."as a man thinketh so is he." I don't allow myself to think on being ill. If I feel a little discomfort, I simply ask God to look it over and go on my way knowing that I am healed and that in time, I will feel better. It always works because God never fails. I know that one day I will die from something...maybe I will be lucky and just not wake up one morning. I don't obsess over what it will be or worry that I will catch something that will kill me. My fate was determined before I was born...a good plan, a plan that only God knows. Thank you for sharing this lesson with us. I know that there are many who disagree with what we are saying because their mother or father or husband died of cancer or something else. I have lost two husbands to cancer...both worried about getting it and so it manifested. God gives us free choice to think on whatever we want..."as a man thinketh so is he!"
