REASON TO EXERCISE #8: Because not working out, just isn't working out

Yesterday was a crazy stressful day, BUT I didn't turn to the pantry for the chips and candy! YAY!!! MAJOR ACCOMPLISHMENT! I did go to a bridal shower yesterday and had a cupcake and a cookie though. Didn't workout yesterday, but I spent the majority of the time from 1:00 to 7:00 on my feet anyways, so I "figure" it balances out.

Diet wise, yesterday was decent day. Everything else wise, not so much. I think I have caught some kind of stomach virus. Not a fun evening and I feel like such crap this morning. I don't know if I'll make it all day at work, but I'm going to try!
