trying this week really trying....had a horrible start but i'm back on it! Had a strong tuesday night and wednsDAY so i'm hoping things r looking up! Really looking into the good carbs at the moment and gonna try to focus on them! :o)
177.5 lb Lost so far: 2.5 lb.    Still to go: 27.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
