Tomorrow I go to weigh in. I did not go crazy for Thanksgiving yesterday and even went to crossfit at 6:45 a.m. on Thanksgiving day. Last Saturday when I weighed in and found out that I was 1.20 lbs from my mini goal of a 20 lb loss I thought, "1.2 lbs, easy peasy." As the week went on I became more doubtful. I began my crazy thought process; afterall, I lost 3.8 lbs last week; will my body want to lose weight again for the seventh week in a row??? I can't expect to lose weight every week...or can I??? Don't obsess, stop thinking about it and the thoughts went on and on and on.

I am a type A personality. I truly want to believe that once I reach this half way mark weight loss goal that I will stop obsessing and focus more on the fact that I have plenty of time to get to my goal weight, but that is easier said than done. I am a work in progress.

Diet is a mindset, you can do this. Sure you can lose weight for 7 weeks in a row, don't obsess but rather profess. The little engine, I think I can I think I can ect! If you get your body into ketosis it will keep rewarding you with weight loss. Good luck!
