Well I didn't cheat on thanksgiving, but I'm pretty sure I went over the netcarbs with all the different foods. Stayed low carb but I did indulge on a lot of cheese and almond flour muffins. I'm not too mad tho.
183.8 lb Lost so far: 34.2 lb.    Still to go: 23.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
on diet LCHF: Low carb, High fat / Ketogenic Diet   gaining 1.4 lb a week
