Today was a little rough again. I was hungry this morning, and lunch time didn't come fast enough. But after I ate, i was satisfied, and content, even with no snack. When i got home, I was hungry, but not famished. After eating my meal i even felt full!
129.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
