Yesterday I felt that I needed something to chew, so I ended up having a couple of tablespoons of crunchy peanut butter - that was it for the day - with tea, coffee, acv and water.

I don't know whether it's my mindset of the chromium - or a bit of both - but I've not been wanting to eat biscuits or sweet stuff at all.

Good work Minitata. Just a quick question, you mention Chromium tablets and now you've got me wondering what you take them for and if they are effective? I'm type 1 diabetic and I'm toying with the idea of Chromiumto work with my Insluin, but don't want to waste my money on another snake oil if it's no good. Any thoughts?

@neilbateman - I started taking them when I was diabetic type 2 as they're thought to help bring down blood sugar - when I found I'd reversed my diabetes I stopped taking them, but read that they can lower carb addiction so started taking them again. They seem to work, from thinking about biscuits all the time and sneaking lots of them when given the chance, I can ignore them completely. Thankfully.

Glad they seem to be working for you. But did you notice any benefits with regards to your blood sugars?
