Today marks the end of the 12th week of my "0 to 5 km in 12" exercise course. I did my 5 km run in 37 mins 47 secs. The schedule I was following is pictured below. During the course, I reduced my trouser belt by 5 notches and lost 7 kg of weight.
The next 12-week course starts now. The goal is to run 5 km in under 30 minutes.
