I really started this journey in October 2007, the year my father passed away. It has been a long one, but I have a lifetime to get it right.

I began with SparkPeople.com and then moved to RealAge.com where I lost my last 35 pounds (since June of last year). I have been stuck on a plateau and am ready to get serious again ... So, off I go!
