Happy Wednesday FS Family.

I DIDN'T EAT yesterday's twix and apples. I had to take a picture because it was someone else's breakfast I spotted while walking to my desk and I thought is was quite amusing.

I am actually a little bummed that I am not practicing what I know and this is why I keep bouncing between 204 and 208.

I recorded what I was going to eat this morning yesterday and I am on track.

No crazy commute today, on vacation and will return to the office next Monday.

I won't lie, I feel a little hopeless recently considering I have come so far and I am not doing what I need to do. I didn't like my low energy and the big clothes I wore when I was at 260.

Last week, I kicked it into high gear with exercising (53 miles of treadmill or outdoor/walking and running) and all this did was just made me was hungry by Sunday.

I will beat this. Someone recommended I get a sun light bulb and I probably will invest in this as well as bump up the vitamin d3s I've been taking until I start feeling more like the crazy person I usually am.

Fingers crossed for tomorrow, my favorite day of the year. Right now the house smells like apple pie and wife is also making sweet potato pie from scratch (She is a PRO!!!)

Happy Thanksgiving to those in the US and a few other places in the world that celebrate it.

Now I feel bad. I ran out and got Twix and apples. Hmmmm. 56 pounds is pretty darn amazing. I like how you can remember what it was like to be 260. Comparing then to now can be a very powerful motivator. Enjoy the days off. Wishing you and your family a Happy Thanksgiving.

Thanks so much RunningJoe. I like your posts too about your running and other exercise stuff. BTW, running is a lot easier now on my body at this weight, I do need to get to lower weight so 34s can be super loose on me. Happy Thanksgiving to you as well.

I'm glad Vivace. From371to184 running on fat is an incredible thing and yes I need to get my but in gear with the foods so I can experience using fat as fuel. Been there before and it is AMAZING!!!

Look how far you've come! Making healthy choices with exercise and eating is an amazing thing. I think we all have those moments that we feel like we just can't move forward, but if you just keep at it you will get there. I definitely feel like I'm starting over right now and your words "I'm not practicing what I know" are so true to me right now, but we can reach our goals if we just remember that we do know what to do and start doing it. Have a wonderful Thanksgiving!!

Pre planning my meals on FS log the night before with the leeway to revise day of...really tweaked my WOE so that I broke my plateau... Been doing that since last August...helps...plus IF 18/6. Happy Thanksgiving all!

You're doing great Ches! I live in Arizona but I still need to take vitamin D. Enjoy your Thanksgiving and keep doing what you're doing.

It's a tough time of year so staying within a range of 4 or 5 pounds isn't bad. The only thing I am worried about for tomorrow is PIE. Everything else I think I can just have a taste of. Hoping I can be satisfied with just 2 or 3 bites of apple pie.

My wife made 4 sweet potato and Myers rum pies with coconut milk and 1 cheddar apple pie for tomorrow. Soooooo Excited!
