My scale worked today and showed a loss. Also, it showed Body Fat of 35.5% and H20 at 47%. This means my body fat is way over normal and my % of water is quite low. Today I am beginning a new challenge and I am adding these 2 factors to track. It is still early and I have an exciting day planned. I feel real good too.
