Goal: Lose at least 3.5" off my waist before Hawaii in 11 weeks.
149.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I'm almost exactly your size and want to lose 15lb! I gained weight after starting a new job :( Not overeating and avoiding desserts are my killer.
